Hello everybody
Im am mom of twins that cannot keep the weight off, i lost 25 lbs after the birth with ww and then put back on 10 lbs. A year ago went back in to ww and lost the 10 lbs
Now im back up again
I just like pastries, and eating in general and have a very sedimentary life.
I work at my desk all day long.
What made me start again was a picture that I literally look pregnant and that my 3 yr old daughter was making fun of my tummy.
So i need tons of support to keep on track

    Hi:

    Welcome to MFP
I suggest that you read MFP "Most Helpful Post", at the beginning of this board. Here is a link

What was very helpful to me is using a digital food scale with a tare button and weighing all my food, before I cook it and log it at MFP.
I found out that eating at a deficit ( calories burned higher than calories ingested) was the way to decrease body weight.
I understand you are sedentary. Exercise is for fitness and health.
Eating at a deficit is for losing weight.
I like pastries and bakery items. I eat them but in moderation. I prelog my food the night before so I can make sure I am eating at a deficit.
Good luck in your healthy journey

HI socio seguro, I have started to walk , Ima tracking the steps with mi iphone and I was shocked to find out that I was walking 3 times even 4 times more last year. I was taking the train and I was forces to walk to and from the train. It has been an eye opener.
Today i went for a walk but it was too cold and windy so I only did 5000 steps
I need ideas of how to squeeze in excercise

@yandirakatz . I go to the nearest shopping mall to walk, if the weather outside is not good for walking.
I can not emphasize enough the priority on managing eating intake, though.
Any activity is good, but if you can not exercise you can still manage your body weight by eating at a deficit. You will have to eat less than a day with exercise.
Weigh all of your food and log it at MFP. Make sure you are eating at a deficit.
    All the best
