Found a lump Tuesday morning and getting an ultrasound. Will find out tonight what is going on. I'm totally stressed. Not the sort of thing you tell your friends, but I'm hoping for support from the fitness pal community.

    I have enjoyed my time with fitness pal and credit the whole community with keeping me on track since I began my New Years resolution diet and exercise plan. Have lost 28 pounds. I really need that community now.
