This is my second go around on here. Lost some gained most of it back. I now know it takes a life change not just dieting. I bought a Precor elliptical and now have weights in my home and going to try weigh training in addition to heathy eating and I am looking for others interested in lifting.

Most of my motivational friends have quit or lost interest. Looking for new MFP friends to motivate each other and help each other with training tips?

I weight train six days a week. The key to success, as you said, is a life change and not a fad diet or a half-hearted attempt. Discipline, determination, drive and a want to truly change your life is needed. Break old habits and form new, lifelong habits that help to attain a healthier, happier life.

Feel free to add me. Most of my losing is done, that was the hard part.. I lift 3x a week with moderate cardio for 30 minutes after then walk for an hour 2-3x a week on active rest days. Quite active here and willing to help!

I'm picking up the free weights and some body weight work 3x/wk along with 3 days of cardio after an injury slowed me down. Feel free to add me!

I've been lifting on and off for the last three years or so. Trying to get back on to a more regimented routine. Feel free to add me.
