There will be a WHOLE load of advice and opinions (more than maybe you ask for!) for you to take in. There are people on lots of different eating and exercise programmes that you're bound to look at one of them and think "yep - that's for me" Do browse the forum lots!!2

Your food looks pretty decent... you aren't taking in that many calories though.. are you losing weight? what is your height and weight if you don't mind being asked? You may be able to eat more than that? Depends what you want to achieve in the weight loss/clean eating aspect.0

5ft6 and 9st11lb doesn't sound a bad weight at all to me! How much are you trying to lose?
Be careful with going too low on calories.. it almost always ends up with weight loss stalling. It's good for an initial kickstart but then you should eat more to keep your metabolism up, especially if you're exercising.
I don't know your age but for someone in their mid 20's their BMR would be about 1440 cals.. to lose 1lb a week without exercise you'd need a deficit of 500 cals per day. But i'd not go that low especially as you exercise, you can afford to eat 1200 easily.
Remember it will likely take a bit longer for you to lose as you're at a pretty decent weight now. x0 -
Thanks honey I am 33 and trying to hit the 1200 a day just not sure how the weight comes off I want to get to 9stone and tone up xx0
