Hi guys I need to lose around 30 lbs my metabolism is 0 I've tried everything need help xx

    Hi there. Have you spoken to your doctor about this? Sometimes that can be extremely helpful as there are a number of medical issues that can cause this. Are you logging and measuring everything you eat, and getting some cardio?

    I can relate to this so much. My metabolism is non-existent. Most of the time I eat very little yet I do gain weight or stay the same. My brother eats at least 6 big meals a day and he is so skinny. I think it's also because he has a good metabolism.

    I've been trying to eat 5-6 smaller meals per day. From what I heard this can help with speeding up your metabolism. I've also been drinking a lot of green tea.

    I gained some weight back recently because I have been off the gym and eating junk for the past 4 months. I couldn't get back to my routine after the 2015 holidays. So here I am recommitting.

    Your diary isn't open, are you logging EVERYTHING that you eat? Literally everything you consume needs to be logged.

    If you are logging everything, are you measuring by weight using a kitchen scale, or are you going by volume, or are you trying to eyeball it?

    How many calories are you consuming in a day?

    Are you exercising?

    Are you eating back the calories from your exercise?
