What activity level am I?

I'm on my feet for 4 hours Mon-Fri (2 hrs and a half are spent walking dogs and the rest I'm slowly walking around the dog park playing the dogs). I walk about 3-4 MPH and I'm at least doing 5 miles a day. Am I lightly active or moderately active?

You're kind of in an in-between area. I'd think that "lightly active" wouldn't give you enough calories, and "active" a few too many (unless you do the same level of activity on the weekends). I'd probably see how many calories each gives you, and then split the difference by manually overriding the calorie budget. Then monitor your weight loss over the next month and tweak as necessary.0

I would go with lightly active.0

If your goal is to lose weight, always err on the side of caution, which would make you lightly not moderately active. Use a phone app or a fitness tracker if you disagree or want more precision.
I have myself as sedentary and bike 100 miles per week on average. (This is an off week though because I've mostly been running.)0 -
