I have just set up a profile for the my fitness app. I have a starting weight of 64.4 and want to get back down to 56kg. I put it all into the app and its reccomended 1200 calories i know this is not enough as i need to factor in breastfeeding but unsure of how to do put that into the app? Any one know how? Or how much extra i should be eating I don't want to effect my milk supply by drastically reducing my calorie intake. Thank you

Most women need a minimum of 1800 calories while breastfeeding some need up to 2000. How old is your baby? You can add breastfeeding as a negative calorie food of 300-500. When you do start cutting calories do it slowly or you may run into supply issues.0

Baby is only 4 weeks old. I have never dieted before while feeding but with my other children i ate alot and gained alot too! I really dont want to effect my supply i might just add an extra 400 calories on what the app is recomending.0
