I'm Nicole

Hi! My name is Nicole! Looking to lose at least 20 pounds by the time I go on vacation in May. I know it's probably a long shot, but I'm working my butt off! Would like some motivation and tips to help me reach my goal if possible! Or just to chat about workouts and stuff! I'm kind of a social butterfly!

    Hello Nicole ! Welcome ! POPSUGAR on YOUTUBE has great workouts. Drink 1/2 your weight in water- 2 cups of water before each meal and snack. Eat all food groups but do not over do it. Small treat like a few square of dark chocolate with a little peanut butter wards off wanting a whole candy bar.Remember to track every day.
