Wow, I have completed one week consistently training and logging Macros but its not as easy as I thought it would be, especially as I loooovvvee wine and eating out. But I keep thinking Im 40 now and Ive compromised myself all these years so that others can be happy. I have never really done anything for me; children, family, work, stress, depression, surviving, LIFE took over.. I dont want to waste another second of my life. So this what Im doing for me...

Giving up alcohol is a hard one, but if you can fit it in your points and not eat horrible after you drink go for it. For me I would make poor eating decisions after drinking then not feel motivated the next day.
You can do this at 40 no problem.1 -
