Today is my 1 year anniversary for starting my lifestyle change with Myfitnesspal.
In one year I have lost 61lbs, melted away 12" of fat from my body, brought my blood pressure down from 140/95 to 110/65 and I have put 2ND stage congestive heart failure in to remission.
I started using Myfitnesspal to watch my salt intake after the cardiologist at Toronto General told me abouty heart failure and said that I would need an ICD pacemaker. The weight that came off as I watched my salt and made sure I was getting my nutrients was just am added bonus!
I started tracking my fitness too. At first o could only walk about 10 minutes before having to stop to get my breath. Now I work Putnam hr a day and them do yoga for an hour after the workout!!
Thank you so much for helping me, Myfitnesspal from the bottom of my healthy heart
