strunggling with my metabolism

Trying hard to reduce fat..I'm doing all the rules not over eating,maintain my 1200 daily calories..exercised every day but still with the same kg.. :s

    What's your current weight & goal? 1,200 calories is very low! You may end up being fine for a few days but then get cravings and actually do more damage. Have you tried doing high intensity exercise? Skipping? Lifting weights in the gym is a very good way of toning and burning fat. Your body needs a certain amount of calories (proteins, carbs and fats) in order to function. Persistence will get you far though so I wouldn't get too worried.
