Need. Energy. Now.

I don't know why, but lately I have just been dragging all day, everyday! I NEVER have energy anymore!! I don't like coffee, and the only iced green teas that I like are high in sugar (and don't help my energy levels either). What are some healthy foods or drinks that boost your energy? I'm getting desperate!!

    And thyroid, that may need checked and may as well if you are getting your blood checked.
    Calories are energy. If you cut too much, you won't have energy. Sleep is helpful too.

    Iron. Especially if you have heavy menstrual cycles. Then thyroid levels. The hormonal changes women go through effect pretty much everything!

    I have a heart issue that is known for causing fatigue, so I'm thinking that's the underlying cause of my fatigue. I'm just trying to find ways to naturally boost my energy
