Trying to lose 25 lbs but have no motivation. Wanting to try the keto diet but living at my parents house makes it difficult

I found that my motivation came when/after I started tracking my food (measuring with a scale, logging it here and trying to keep under/at the goal calories).

I only moved out a few months ago so I know what you mean,just gotta try and fit it around everyone but it makes it harder. But you can do it, plus you don't even look like you need to lose 25lbs so that's a bonus ☺0

You don't need motivation ... you just need to do it.
Do you need to summon up motivation to do things like brushing your teeth or doing your hair in the morning? Or do you just do those things?

Why would living at parents be difficult? Surely they would be supportive of you if you want to lose weight, have you talked to them about it? If you aren't able to make your own meals, maybe you can adapt some of theirs to fit the diet?0
