Restaurant Meal Choice....Help Me!!! :)

Hey there,
Okay so I feel like this kind of silly but I have to go to an engagement dinner tonight and want to plan my calories as much as possible since I've been really bad lately with my calories
I found the menu online (yay!) but I've got two questions:
1. Which fish would be the best choice given mercury levels and potential $$
Grilled or pan-seared: SALMON, SWORDFISH, RED SNAPPER, HADDOCK (pan seared only)
2. Among the sauces, which to choose!
1. evoo, fresh oregano, lemon
2. red and yellow peppers, celery, shallots, white wine
3. sautéed fennel, garlic, white wine, cherry tomatoes
4. fresh baby spinach, garlic, dill, shallots, white wine, touch of cream
My gut says choose Grilled Salmon with Mediterranean sauce, but that's so boring both in fish choice and sauce!!!! And I'm worried the olive oil is 'generous'.. I'm tempted with sauce #4 but that 'touch' of cream seems scary....
How bad's red snapper for you? Still high on the mercury?
