What do you do on days when it's hot and you can't be bothered to eat? I often find this in the summer. It's really warm this evening, I have 900 cals to go and I just can't be bothered to eat anything.

Eat some fruit, that way you stay hydrated and get some calories in.0

An ice cold fruit smoothie! Cool and refreshing for a hot summer day. Adds up your healthy calories too.0

On the cooler days, I make extra cooked food and freeze it. I can microwave it on the hotter days to room temperature.
I also plan no-cook meals like veggie and fruit trays, open face sandwiches with low fat cheeses and cold cuts, or just go for bowls of cereal.0 -
