Depends what fat, carbs, protein you are trying to take in too really before anyone could answer.. unless you're just interested in calories? Then the options are endless..

Red River cereal. Because Canadian. You may increase the calorie count by adding a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and full fat milk.

I also like half and half Red River and steel cut oats.

2 eggs, bagel, and a greek yogurt often comes out to 500-600 calories for myself. And pretty filling overall, too.

Why don't you pick some foods you like and have on hand, put their entries into your diary for tomorrow morning, and see where they add up? If it comes out too high, take something out or adjust the quantities down.

I love loaded sweet potato or white potato for breakfast. I stick with a smallish potato (weighed) then top it with a couple over easy eggs, maybe some crumbled sausage (I rarely eat bacon :s ) and some fat free greek yogurt (high protein) and either some chopped hot peppers or dash of hot sauce. It's always around 500 ish calories depending on how much of each ingredient.

Try egg and bacon muffins with a protein shake
