I am a happily retired young at heart senior who would love to take this journey together with some motivational MFP friends. I would love to move more but due to some age issues will have to take it a bit slow. Beautiful grandkids keep me busy and motivated to be healthy for a long time to come. I have used MFP before but back to stay. Please feel free to add me Deblyh is my user name. We can do this together ! My new motto " This time next year, you will wish you would have at least started". I'm glad I have. Have a wonderful day!

Hi, I don't know if 46 counts as a young senior, but I'm on a 200 pound weight loss journey. Lost 9 pounds so far. I was also on MFP before, about 1 year ago, and now I am also back to stay. I am sending a friend request.1
