As of today I am down 19.2lbs. I think this weekend I will break that twenty pound mark. I just reached my 60 day mark of logging all calories too.

I really wanted to be 299 by April 23rd (my birthday) but I think that is too lofty a goal - 7 more pounds in 7 days.

I can see a little bit of change in my body I think - hard to tell.

I still have 57lbs to go till I reach my first goal of 250lbs. My final goal weight is 225lbs - I think that is an ideal weight for me.

Eating has been pretty simple honestly. Used to eat fast food three times a day normally - have not had fast food since I started. I have gotten asked to eat out a few times which I always fail at miserably and over induldge but fortunately it has not hurt my diet - one bad night out doesn't ruin six other days. So I need to learn that part still.

No alcohol, no sugary drinks, no deserts, no pizza, no subs, no chinese takeout, no cheese bread, no cheesy mexican huge burritos, no wendys, no kfc, no taco bell, no chipolte, no mcdonalds, etc, etc -- all the things that I ate daily before. Haven't been craving it either........not even pizza.

Been enjoying cooking our own fresh meals - trying a low carb, high fat, clean eating plan right now which we love. We download menus and shopping lists from Emeals weekly and just follow along. No thinking or planning required. We eat tons of veggies and fruits for snacks. Logging all calories and logging.

Still doing the ready to drink breakfast shakes (low carb, low sugar, high protien) in the mornings because I prefer it over cooking. Lunches are a mix (salad, soup, or frozen meal) - I don't prep any of my own lunches yet. That is too much for me right now - focusing on what works for me personally......baby steps......one thing at a time!

Exercise hasn't caught on yet - sadly. Was really hoping to be hooked on exercise 60 days in.

I joined a gym but that only lasted a month - I just let it expire. Now I am trying to walk outside and workout at the local park but only made it twice so far in two weeks. Hurt my foot (plantar fascitiis) so I am a little limited and trying to rest it. But I really need to figure out something for exercise I can stick with......it needs to be part of my plan.

But it feels different this time - I have done this many many times before and this time it feels different - I think I am will reach my goal and surpass it. I am well on my way so far.

Happy Friday everyone!

    Great job!

Plantar fasciitis - if you haven't already get some superfeet insoles or something similar. Put them in ALL you shoes, not just the shoes you workout/walk in. There are some stretches you can do too, you can look them up online. Like when you are sitting, take your shoes off and try to draw letters of the alphabet with your big toe. This sort of thing will strengthen your foot. I been there done that, hope you get past yours soon.

Congratulations on your impressive achievement! Dont you sometimes wonder "why didnt I do this sooner?" because you feel so good and its wonderful to see the kind of results you (and I!) are getting by just being conscious of what we are eating. Dont beat yourself up about the exercising - I have mobility issues and do not exercise at all other than day to day living, and I have lost 63 pounds since October 2015 - not even one "walk", because I cant do it. Heal, then look at creating new goals. You are doing so well - I hope you are proud of yourself!!
