Weights or cardio first???

Hey all was wondering if I am trying to loose a bit of weight and also tone up am I best to do my weights then cardio or vice versa?

Also when's the best time for me to eat carbs?

    I tend to do weights and cardio on different days

    when I do either I take myself to the limit so there is usually no energy left after I do one to do the other

    If anything I may probably start with weights first and then do cardio..

    It will make virtually no difference. I prefer to do them on separate days for quality of training and focus.

    When they fit in your calorie allowance. You are over thinking it a bit - hit your calorie goal consistently, train well - the rest is just sweating the small detail.

    Caveat: Unless you are doing intense endurance cardio for 2 hours or more then you will need to fuel properly before and during.

    Thanks guys I have been doing about 40 mins cardio just to warm up then the weights just kind of training myself so not really sure how to get the best results tbh

    What @sijomial said. :smile: I do cardio (walking usually) then weights on a focused area (arms, legs, etc), but it depends on what you like to do, and what feels best for you as well.
