Losing Weight to Conceive

Hello all,
My goal is to be the healthiest I can be and ideally lose 50lbs before my husband and I try again to conceive a baby.
My weaknesses are: Wine, fries, Gyros, cheese, Gatorade, and ranch.
I'm also a bit nervous to start my cardio because I'm just mending from a torn Achilles and I have Posterior Tibial Tendonitis on my left foot.
Anyone other ladies trying to get in better shape before baby?

    I'm trying to get back in shape after 2nd baby. I can say that the reason I was even able to conceive my first was because I lost weight. I'll add you, we can hold each other accountable and chat if you'd like.
  • Wanting to have a baby is def motivation for my weight loss. My husband and I are very ready; my weight/health is standing in the way. My doctor gave me goals to reach before we try again to get pregnant. My liver function is down, so I need to improve that. Obviously I'm overweight by 50 lbs.
    What are some ways that you lost weight pre babies?
