Hi I have been on this yoyo weight loss journey for as long as I can remember. I can't remember me ever weighing less than 165lbs (and that was in the 4th grade), as I got older the weight distributed itself nicely so I never cared too much to be less than 170 at 5'7". But now my weight gain has gotten out of control (and I take full ownership, because I have been eating like crazy), I weighed myself yesterday morning and the scale said 205lbs. Just a couple months ago I was super excited because I had gotten down to 178, 2 wks ago I was 192. I'm in shock as to how quickly I can get out of control and hopefully this is the final wake up call I need to get healthy and stay at my healthy and happy weight which is about 160. Hopefully this app and community can help.
