Ive decided to challenge myself and learn to have control over my body and do a bikini competition for the first time ever! I'm sick of being fat and I want my six pack back

    When is your show? I'm doing one in November! It's not NPC because I live in Canada, but if you want some support I'll be starting prep in July :)

    We can support each other. I've decided to do my first bikini competition in November as well. I e never done one before and nervous that I'll not succeed on the journey along the way.

    Yep bathing suit weather here in Ontario will be here before we know it. I am almost set & my abs are starting to peek around the corner. I told them it's ok you can come out now & show yourself... LOL

    Good luck! Competing has been a dream of mine for a while now (mens physique, obviously not bikini lol). Still don't feel ready, maybe in 2018.
