My 1st NSV!

I've been on MFP for a little over a month, but on a weight loss journey since January.. before MFP I lost 7 pounds on my own, and now another 7 pounds after about 6 weeks on MFP!
Soo, my 1st NSV's:
-my engagement ring is loose now, when it fit snuggly 3 mos ago.
-my swimsuits from last summer are too big now! They are saggy! Who thought I'd EVER say that!!

    I stopped wearing my wedding ring because it was tight (and I have to wear medical gloves at work and washing hands so often gets to be a pain with my rings). I haven't tried them on since I lost weight. I wonder if they'll fit now?

    Thanks so much!! It's such a great feeling, even though I wish the numbers on the scale would move quicker- things like this confirm that I am on the right track! :)

    Congratulations! While losing weight in itself has been great, it really is the NSVs that make me feel fantastic.
