I'm going up and down like a yoyo on the scale, but I'm not going to let this stop me from doing my daily work out routine and I'm staying optimistic!!

    you can add me if you like-I am also starting out-started logging food 7 days ago and want to drop 40-50lbs. Its so hard when I am hungry ALL the time!
