Good morning everyone! I will be 50 in July and need to lose 100 pounds. I've tried just about every diet but failed. I sure could use some motivation. Hope you all have a great Sunday!

    When I first started losing weight I didn't change my diet I just started walking a mile a day and using my recumbant exercise bike. It was actually part of physical therapy so I wasn't actually trying to lose weight and lost 20 pounds.
