hi i started fitness pal application 20 days ago , now i understand that you can easily reduce your weight keep on eye your daily food what you ate. i reduce my weight 6 kg in 20 days only . In my breakfast i used daily green tea and lemon water and use only 1500 calories.

    Only 1500 cals a day for a 35 year old male? Not sure how much you have to lose, but that doesn't seem sustainable. I'm a 47 year old woman and I lose on 1800-2000 cals a day.

    Don't sell yourself short trying to lose faster by under eating - generally results in some quick losses, but eventually you crash and burn because that's really not enough food.
