Are you eating enough fat, protein and fibre?0

Drink a lot of water, maybe get a zero calorie flavored beverage (like a soda)0

When I eat salad, I eat a lot of lettuce to fill me up. Also, fruit never fills me up so I stopped eating them for the most part. Up your proteins/fats to the salad (chicken/eggs) that may help.0

I will eat whole carrots, whole cucumbers, entire heads of lettuce, a whole package of baby kale. It temporarily fills me up. I also drink alot of herbal tea and decaf coffee.0

I agree with the above. I never use fruit as a part of my meal it never fills me up. I only use it if I really really want something sweet.
But just because you are I am assuming, trying to lose weight, salad is not your only option. In fact its a bad option in my opinion. Its not filling and its easy to eat more cals this way by adding the fun stuff on salads. Try eating baked chicken breast and steamed veggies. You can have a plate full and be extremely full with this versus a bowl of lettuce.0 -
Hunger, unfortunately, is part of the game when it comes to trying to eat less or lose weight. I had a lot of trouble managing it too. I trained my mind to think that feeling those hunger pains meant that my body was burning fat. After a little while I didn't dread the hunger anymore, and soon didn't even notice it.0

I've recently discovered PFC - Protein, fat and carbs. If I eat these three at each meal, I am satisfied longer. Take your salad and put it in a whole wheat tortilla with 3 oz of grilled chicken, 1 oz of cheese, maybe 0.5 oz of avocado and 2 tsp of salsa. Use a high fiber content tortilla. If you like fruit, then have a small portion for the sweetness, like add 2 tsp of mango or tomato to the burrito. It's all about how you combine your foods so that they satisfy but digest slowly. Hope this helps.0
