Change date

in Getting Started
When you press on the date at the top it goes to change date. Does that mean you can move the calories to another date or you can jump to a date and see your calories?

    I'm assuming you mean in your diary? It's just an easy way to change what day you're looking at.

    On the web version you can move already entered food by clicking "Quick Tools" inside the individual meals in the Food Diary. You can Copy To Date or Copy From Date (you choose the date) or Copy Yesterday, etc.
