Tomorrow- back in the gym. Not sure why I stopped...I have come a long long way- and do not want to stop until I feel AMAZING...which, I actually do now from time to time. So, look out GYM...here I come

There you go!!! Keep that fire burning inside you and don't let a little break stop you! Look at it like this. The Break helped your muscles heal. now when you go back you will kick butt at the gym and you will be stronger!

Thanks! I heard about this from co-workers....a year ago I was 250lbs....I became a workout freak. I have gained some back- not a lot, but I am bummed. I figured this was a great place to get support from people who know how difficult the ups and downs can be....So- Thank-you Thank-you for the support

I'm trying to get back after taking a break too. The day after I moved to the city with the most restaurants per capita (argh), I injured my knee and have been unable to exercise. It's been a month and a half and I've gained back 2-3 of my lost pounds and have gotten out of shape. Trying to get my motivation going again now that my knee can handle some light exercise.

how long did you stop for? i managed to do suicidal 2.5 months of 3 hours cardio every DAY without resting and I became so incredibly fatigued and virtually depressed!!

I think half the battle is knowing you need to exercise..I am sure you can stick to your plan and get out firing on all cylinders :-)

A few mos- I have come a long way. Life....always prevents me from selfish exercise time. I actually plateaued (Did I spell that correctly??) and lost the momentum. But, I am ready to start again.
