hey there! Today is a pretty big day because I hit my first BIG goal. 76lbs down... It's crazy to even thing about it. My main goal now is to hit -100lbs.. I came into this wanting it more than anything else and to make my dad proud. And I couldn't be happier with how much progress I have made in these short months. Anywho these are before and afters...

    I’m attempting to lose 100lbs as well. I’m down 53lbs so far.

    AWESOME! I have lost 51 lbs since Jan 5th of this year. I am shooting for 140 lbs down by Dec 5th. Keep going brother! You are doing great! You look amazing keep it up! I know that you feel a lot better!

    Very, very well done! You look fantastic and I bet you'll be killer after you hit your goal. Keep up the good work and you won't even believe how much mental achievement will come with losing those triple digits- my brother finally did it and it was a huge deal for him as well.
