I lost about 6kg in the first 6 weeks by carefully logging food and doing lots of walking and cycling and then my weight stalled for a couple of weeks. I was eating the same amount of food - about 1,000 less NET calories per day allowing for exercise. However after a couple of weeks my weight started dropping again. Apparently this happens because the body reacts to the lower amount of food and it then takes a week or two for it to reset before weight loss starts again. The blood sugar diet book (which takes about 4 hours to read) is really good at explaining why carbs are generally bad. The weight loss had two side effects. The main one for me was my resting heart rate dropped from over 70 to 57 and the main one for my wife was that I stopped snoring!! Best of luck with the weight loss0

OP, how long has it been since you lost weight?
It is perfectly normal not to lose weight, or even to gain, for a week or two, even if you are doing everything right.
If you've eaten salty food, started a new exercise program, or it's your TOM, these can all also cause you to gain water weight which you will eventually see come back off.
If it's been more than 3 or 4 weeks, then the first thing you should do (like size102b said) is tighten up your logging. Weigh your servings, double check the entries you are using, and verify everything is getting logged to make sure you are eating the calories you think you are.
Good luck!1
