So what I've been doing is:
Breakfast:
Advanced nutrition shake (slim fast) only because I normally skip breakfast
Lunch / dinner:
Green vegetables (usually green beans or spinach/I put apple cider vinegar on my spinach)
Meats: tilapia, skinless boneless chicken breast, tuna
Drinks: water, when I'm good on calories and just want to spoil myself strawberry banana bolt house juice, lip ton diet green tea citrus
And on rare occasion I'll eat a cutie tangerine, or a grape ...
On cheat days I'll eat at subway lol
Please tell me what u think . I havent been tempted when it comes to food because I feel like I'm constantly eating and eating a lot of good food . What would u change or improve ? Please be positive lol

I personally don't see a problem with your meal plan. If it fits into your calorie/nutritional goals and you feel it is something you can stick with without feeling deprived and hungry then keep it as is.0

Sounds pretty good but I'd definitely consider adding in a bit more variety. Maybe try one new thing every week, a different veg, spice rub, or salsa could really perk this plan up and make it more sustainable.0

Also a bit concerned that you said "a grape" was an occasional treat. Hoping you meant a serving of grapes.0
