Can anyone recommend a good nutritionist to help with meal planning? I feel like food is the most difficult part of weight loss. I always eat too little, then get hungry, frustrated, and quit.

    Visit your library?
Many books on heart healthy diet plans with recipes.
    Worth some time?
Loading up on veggies and fiber is my secret for getting full and staying full.
An occasional protein powder serving when I eat lightly.

Talk to your doctor to have them recommend someone, we're most likely not in your area to be able to recommend a particular nutritionist.
There are plenty of things to read online to help, including some people that have meal planning already written out!

Ask your insurance company for which registered dieticians they cover (anyone can call themselves a nutritionist - go to a registered dietician instead so you have a better chance of finding someone worth your time).

Go to a registered dietician not a nutritionist
