    my life changed when i had a tattoo on my back a couple of months ago " Be what you are" it's like it's engraved all the way through me, because what i have turned into by over eating and not moving is NOT what i am and i WILL change it. I am a strong, independant women who is capable of being fit, healthy and beautiful... i'm only at the beginning of my journey but have already accomplished so much in working my way there and these quotes are perfect to keep me going when things get tough...
    What you posted above inspired me and makes me stop and be grateful at how truly far I've come. You'll go far with your positive attitude I have no doubt!:heart:
