Protein

What are some ways to incorporate more protein in my diet? I don't eat meat.

    beans, lentils, and peanuts are combined with grains like wheat, rice, and corn, quinoa, soy beans, soy milk, almond milk hazelnut milk. To name a few, Basically you need to eat a wide range of veg, fruit, grain and seeds

    Do you eat other animal products? If so... eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese. Otherwise, soy products, quinoa, beans, lentils. There is also some protein in nuts and whole grains.
