Hello!
27 year old bloke who's been kidding himself that he'll lose weight when he gets round to it for far too long! Decided to do something about it, app downloaded today and looking forward to being a part of this community. Absolutely no idea how the whole thing works but I'm a quick learner. Any help, tips, advice etc. would be massively appreciated!
Current target is to lose somewhere in the region of 10kg (current ~92kg) before the end of May to begin with (~0.5kg per week) and then assess what to do next from there.
