Hey guys,

I have been using MFP for a while bu never thought about adding people. I would like to add new friends and maybe start some new friendships. Maybe even learn from a few people.

I am on a weight loss journey, I have lost 40 pounds and currently use a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet
