Hi Everybody,

Just wanted to say Hello. I just signed up today. I am looking forward to using this website to help monitor my food and physical activities to become more physically fit. I was just thinking yesterday that there should be a site where I can log in everything I eat and then all calories and nutrients could be calcuated for the day. I could then study to see where I can make cuts and improvements to my diet. I am not intending on dieting per se but just want to improve the quality of nutrition I am getting.

So, I am just starting out and I will see where this leads and how this develops over time.

    Welcome, you came to the right place, You're starting out with the right mind set, this is not a diet, this is a life style change that we have to do. I've been on this site since february and made some good friends, we give each other the support and encouragement we all need. Add me as a friend if you'd like.
