Hi all,

Just started with my fitness pal and logging meals, am on day 2. My goal is to get down to 95kg and see how it goes further, starting at 107 after the weight crept up on me during posted injury recovery last year.

    I picked up a nursing book 20 years ago and it came with, what seemed like, an instant 11.5kg. It's time to get rid of that. I'm starting at 96kg, goal of 80. (made me break out the calculator to do that conversion!) lol I just logged in for my 7th day. It is amazing what you will eat and what you will choose NOT to eat when you have others looking at it on paper.

    Yea, I cannot believe how much logging helps to avoiding random snacking. I can actually see a number that represents what I ate. Much easier to control
