The older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight because by then, your body and your fat are really good friends.

    I prefer to look at it as "frenemies." You know, keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer? But I've decided to go Mafia on my fat, and give it some concrete shoes so I don't have to worry about keeping it so close anymore. It was really getting on my nerves. :-p
