Hi, everybody! All my life, I've dealt with being overweight. I really started gaining weight in high school, where I hit over 200 pounds. After graduating, I slowly crept up to 230, but never went past that. I haven't been under 200 pounds for years! Since freshman year(2009 for me). Today, I step on the scale and weigh in at 188
