I barely tracked anything I ate yesterday and I haven't been working out. I've barely even been eating. I need some serious motivation.

You can't even be bothered to do a 30 second scan through these forums to find the literally thousands of other identical "I need motivation" posts. How about you start with learning to take responsibility for yourself instead of shifting the responsibility on others?0

Right. Lets do this. You need to eat. You need to drink loads of water. Trust me i'm not a health expert, i'm a regular bloke, i could eat chips all day and eat junk but i've had enough. ENOUGH. You need WILL POWER. Its not gonna come from me. It's gonna come from you. Whats your goal. What are you craving? Why do you want motivation. Why are you not tracking? Tell me. Now. Lets reload. Ready...1

It sounds harsh, but it really does have to come from within you. MFP friends can be supportive and encouraging, but they can't make you do something if you don't want to do it for yourself.
Few people have the time to check up on others' eating and exercise habits and nag them to get their act together, so you have to make the decision for yourself that you ARE worth taking the time and trouble over to get healthy.
As @wayofthewah said, think about what your goals and stumbling blocks are, and work on them. When you're really ready for this, you'll find the motivation and the decisiveness you need in yourself.1 -

I'm not trying to "shift responsibility for myself onto others". But thanks for the rude post. I was hoping for a little push of encouragement since I haven't had a day feeling like this in forever. I never found it a problem to encourage people and remind them of their goals. Didn't realize I'd get so much crap for requesting someone do the same for me. I thought that's what thee forums were for; motivating, encouraging, teaching, and debating each other. Not being rude and putting each other down. The next time you want to be rude or hateful take it somewhere else. Thank you.3 -
You can do it! We all have a rough day here and there. Try just taking at least a photo of every meal you eat today, then hopefully you can add it later.0

That's a really good idea! Thank you! It's nice to have a reminder that everyone has good and bad days. Tomorrow is def going to be a good day for me. I feel it.0 -
Remember your goal were you want to be in 6 months… do you to be restarting what you have already started or do you want to be seeing results for you hard work and dedication. The choice is yours but coming for someone who has been restarting a lot and has finally put her foot down and now is seeing AMAZING results in my strength eating habits and health I would say push push push you can do it. Push yourself off that couch or bed eat healthy food, read the ingrediants and keep pushing your self to keep the CONCISTIANCY your only going to see results if your consistent!! You can do it! PUSH PUSH PUSH results are yours!0
