Your best bet is some chicken/shrimp and vegetable dish without noodles or rice, like chop suey or chicken with snow peas. Beef and broccoli (sorry!) is a good choice, too.

Moo shu, pork beef or chicken, they're all good. It's vegetables and meat served with very thin crepes and hoisin sauce. So delicious. And pork strips, they're a great protein, lean and steamed, served with some duck sauce.
