Hello! Looking for motivated friends :) keto yoga C25K

Hey guys! I'm Sarah, I'm in my early 20's and I've been using myfitnesspal for close to 3 years but not consistently. I've tried so many different diets and I've tried just counting calories but so far my body responds best to low carbs, handsdown. I've spent the last 3 weeks or so researching Keto and I'll be starting a new low-carb lifestyle. Right now I'm pretty sure I'm on the verge of being prediabetic if I'm not already and beyond being 50 lbs overweight I also have issues with fatigue, hormone imbalance, and adult acne. Maybe I'm putting too much faith in simple good nutrition but I'm really hoping that my overall health will improve by exercising and eating clean. I enjoy vinyasa yoga once or twice a week and eliptical training (when I get to the gym). I plan on starting C25K when the weather perks up! Feel free to add me and let's encourage one another!!!

    Hi! I've been following a keto/low carb diet since Feb 1 and I love it! I've also been thinking about doing the c25k program, but running is my nemesis so maybe we can cheer each other on :)
