When I experiment with ingredients when making a smoothy and it comes out on point!!
1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup plain kefir, 1/4 cup water, and 1/2 serving of Powerful Greek Yogurt. Mix all in a powerful blender, blend until smooth. Yummy!!1 -
