What song gets you pumped?
What is the one song (or what the hell, couple of favorite songs), that really gets you pumped to go work out? I know we all like different kinds of music, in fact a lot of the stuff i like is super odd, but i thought it would be cool to see what everyone else is listening to while working the weight off...
I'll start: The song I played last while working out?
Spinnerette - All Babes Are Wolves

Around The World - A.T.C.
Boom Boom Pow - Black Eyed Peas
Universal Mind Control - Common
Numb/Encore - Linkin Park / Jay-Z
Just Dance - Lady Gaga
Du Hast - Rammstein
Pulse of the Maggots - Slipknot

Pitbull - "I know you want me." [Use this to begin my cardio. Always gets me going.]
Enrique Iglesias- "Tonight I'm Lovin You"
Taio Cruz- "Rockstar"
Nickelback- "Burn it to the Ground" [great for lifting weights!!] and "S.E.X." [I have to be careful not to sing it too loud near folks who are NOT wearing headphones. lol

Eminem - Lose Yourself
I like this song a lot because it starts off with saying something like,
"If you had one opportunity, one shot, one moment, to seize everything you wanted. would you capture it or would you let it slip?"
Something like that. When I hear that line I think about how bad I want to lose weight and that this workout will take me one step closer to my goal, so I need to give it everything I got.

Mine change every so often but lately no workout is complete without listening to:
- Do Better : Say Anything
- Valerie ( I listen to the Glee Version, but there are several renditions including one from Amy Whinehouse that I don't care for too much)
- Forever : Kanye West (at least I think he's the artist ill be embarrassed if he isn't)
- King of Anything : Sam Tsui (he covered Sara Bareilles song but its so much more upbeat!)
- Not Afraid : Eminem (love his other songs too!)0
