just looking for a lil extra motivation to succeed past 30 days..I can normally stay on a great path for atleast that and see results but then I fall off somewhere and just stop.. So about a week ago I invested in beachbody and today I started my first day of insanity and thinking about incorporating the body beast to get my mixture of cardiovascular and toning..if there is anyone who would like share motivation I'm here..

Practice minimalism! It clears your mind and will "detox" your thoughts.

I'm almost half way through week 2 of insanity. Like you I lose motivation after a month or so. I have done insanity before and loved it but never made it on the month 2, I'm determined to get there this time round

Get rid of things that don't bring you joy.

@allymacster .... Is that so? Why do you feel like it became boring? I hope that you can push through and complete it. I'm glad that I purchased the on demand content and have access to all the trainers and their programs. I know that at this point I have no choice because I've already honestly went through my closet and storage and gave everything away or sold it for cheap, I'm determined to get back to my athletic body where I was way more comfortable with myself..

Don't count on motivation. You know it will only last for 30 days. You are setting yourself up for failure if you start a plan that you can't see yourself following for the rest of your life.
