    So to all of those curious, I lost all the weight strictly by restricting my calories. No keto, no surgery, or anything crazy like that! Just blood, sweat, and tears! I ate pretty much whatever I wanted but I did weigh and measure ALL my foods I consumed, I still do to this day.

    I started out training full body, then Switched to bodybuilding movements, then to powerlifting, and finally adapted between bodybuilding and powerlifting! I train 4-6 days a week depending on how my body is responding.
