I need friends to keep me accountable!

Three years ago I lost 30 lbs with this app but then I went back to old habits. I need friends on here to keep me accountable! People who if they see I haven't logged on for a few days to say hey what's going on!? And if I know someone might look at my diary I'll make better choices!

    I have been a long time MFP player but just got rid of all my friends, got a new account and starting over. I am looking for friends who are serious about fitness but like to joke and have a good time on MFP while trying to stay healthy. Feel free to add me if you are like minded. I am on here multiple times a day and very supportive of my friends.

    just an aside. i think they removed that feature, sending notices to your feeds when your friends dont log on. you might just have to rely on yourself to check in :) Doesn't discount the need for friends once you get here.
