I got up this morning and went in to take a shower...I walked by the mirror wearing a sports bra and boy shorts and had to stop to do a double take. The person I saw in the mirror wasn't me. She was smaller and stood up tall and straight. I knew I was losing weight and my clothes have gone from an 18 to a 10, but I never realized how much I have changed.....NSV :blushing:
